Looking Beyond Workers’ Compensation: Third Party Liability
Workers’ compensation provides benefits to workers who sustain on-the-job injuries or experience occupational illnesses on a no-fault basis. This means, as long as the illness or injury is work-related, the worker can pursue benefits without having to prove that someone else was to blame.
